Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to Fundady (beta.fundady.com), run by Fundady. By using the site — with an account or as a guest — you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

Fundady lets you watch films and TV shows in your browser. What is available, and in which quality, can change at any time. Some titles are for members only. We try to keep the site running, but we cannot promise it is always available or free of errors.

Accounts and guests

• You may watch some titles without an account; your progress is kept in a guest cookie on that browser.
• Account holders must be adults and give a real e-mail address. Keep your password secret; you are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
• Profiles, Kids profiles and PINs are tools to help you — parents decide what children watch.
• The number of screens that can play at the same time may be limited.

What you may not do

• Share, sell or publish stream links, or let people outside your household use your account.
• Download, record, copy or redistribute the videos, or try to get around protections on them.
• Use bots, scrapers or automated tools, or put an unusual load on the service.
• Try to break in, test security without written permission, or interfere with other users.
• Use the site for anything illegal.

We may suspend or close accounts (and block guests) that break these rules.

Content and copyright

The films, shows, images and descriptions belong to their owners. Film and TV information and images come from TMDB: This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

If you believe something on Fundady infringes your copyright or is otherwise unlawful, send a notice as described on our Contact page. We review every notice and remove material where required.

Privacy

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

No warranty and limits of liability

The site is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, Fundady is not liable for indirect losses, lost data or interruptions of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

Ending

You can stop using the site and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or change the service, or these terms; if we change the terms we update the date at the top, and continued use means you accept them.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan decide disputes.
