With over a decade of experience and more than 25 film credits, Kevin has built an imposing reputation for portraying complex antagonists in massive blockbusters. His recent name change to Kevin Ridger marks a bold strategic pivot and a new chapter as he focuses on his ultimate goal: Hollywood. In 2025, Kevin took center stage in the historical epic Dongji Rescue, dramatizing the Lisbon Maru incident. Portraying Lt. Gaining over 300 million views on social media, this pivotal role earned him dedicated features in Variety and China Daily, spotlighting his evolution from a "go-to villain" into a formidable war hero. Kevin’s influence extends far beyond the screen; his behind-the-scenes content and legacy-driven storytelling have amassed over 100 million views across Chinese social media platforms. His unique cross-cultural impact has been recognized by major international outlets including the BBC, The Guardian, and Global Times. Handpicked by industry titan Wu Jing for multiple projects, Kevin’s notable credits include his breakout in Wolf Warrior (2015) and his portrayal of Colonel Allan MacLean in the record-breaking epic, The Battle at Lake Changjin (2021). Trained at the London School of Dramatic Art and Birkbeck University, Kevin made the high-stakes transition from a finance career to acting, driven by a mastery of martial arts and a passion for storytelling. His unique combination of physical presence, emotional intelligence, and bilingual versatility has made him a sought-after collaborator across China, Thailand, and Malaysia.
